Our Principals
ARP was founded on the vision of John and Heather Kainer. John has over 17 years of experience in industrial brokerage, real estate development and 15 years of experience on the client side in several manufacturing and distribution companies. His unique approach to understanding the ever-changing real estate market shows that there is no substitute for working directly with clients to refine their needs in a systematic and thorough manner. Our focus is on tenant representation and how to negotiate below market rents for our clients.
Heather brings her experience in management, education and accounting to create a collaborative and healthy work environment for our Partners. This environment helps our people to learn and grow their knowledge base every day.
